2. Sales of Horses

2.1 All horses listed for sale on Horse Branch Ranch are represented truthfully to the best of our knowledge, including details regarding age, breed, height, temperament, and training level.
2.2 Horses are sold “as is” unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prospective buyers are encouraged to conduct pre-purchase examinations (PPE) by a licensed veterinarian.
2.3 We make no guarantees regarding future performance, soundness, or suitability beyond what is explicitly stated in the sales agreement.
2.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a deposit or signed agreement has been received.

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

3.1 A refundable deposit may be required to hold a horse. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
3.2 Full payment must be received before any horse leaves Horse Branch Ranch property.
3.3 Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Bank Wire Transfer

  • Cash

  • Zelle and CashApp

  • Approved Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, etc.)

  • Personal Check (horse will not leave until funds clear; typically 14 days)
    3.4 We do not accept cashier’s checks or money orders.

4. Shipping & Insurance

4.1 Buyers are responsible for all shipping and transportation arrangements, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Prior to departure, mandatory transit insurance must be secured through Horse Branch Ranch to protect the horse during transport.
4.3 Insurance fees are refundable upon safe delivery of the horse.
4.4 Horse Branch Ranch is not liable for injuries, illness, or death once the horse has left our property and transport has commenced.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Our detailed Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Refunds or exchanges may be granted within 30 days of purchase if the horse is unsuitable, provided the horse is returned in the same condition, health, and training as at the time of sale.
5.3 Veterinary inspection may be required before any refund or exchange is approved.
5.4 No refunds will be issued if the horse has been neglected, injured, altered, or mistreated after purchase.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

6.1 Buyers agree to provide appropriate care, shelter, nutrition, and veterinary attention for their horse after purchase.
6.2 Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and facilities to safely handle and maintain the horse.
6.3 Horse Branch Ranch strongly recommends professional training and/or guidance for inexperienced riders or first-time horse owners.

7. Risk of Loss

7.1 Risk of loss or injury to the horse passes to the buyer once the horse leaves Horse Branch Ranch property.
7.2 Horse Branch Ranch is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages involving the horse after the buyer takes possession.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos—are the property of Horse Branch Ranch unless otherwise credited.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
