Refund & Returns Policy
At Horse Branch Ranch, our priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our horses, along with the satisfaction of our clients. Because purchasing a horse is a significant investment, we want to make sure our policies are transparent and fair.
1. Deposits

A refundable deposit may be required to hold a horse.

Deposits are refundable only if:

The horse is determined unsuitable upon an in-person evaluation, or
-
A veterinary pre-purchase exam (PPE) reveals a significant health issue that was not previously disclosed.

Deposits may be transferred to another available horse if the buyer wishes.
2. Final Payment

All horses must be paid in full before leaving Horse Branch Ranch.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Wire Transfer, Cash, Zelle, CashApp, and approved Cryptocurrency.

Personal checks are accepted, but horses will not leave the ranch until the check has cleared.

Cashier’s checks and money orders are not accepted.
3. Refund Policy

If within the first 30 days of purchase the horse proves unsuitable for the buyer, Horse Branch Ranch may:

Offer a full refund, or
-
Assist in exchanging the horse for another of equal or greater value (with price adjustments if necessary).

To qualify, the horse must be returned in the same health, condition, and training as when it left the ranch.

Veterinary inspection may be required before accepting the return.
4. Shipping & Insurance

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Mandatory transit insurance must be purchased prior to shipment for the protection of the horse.

Insurance fees are fully refundable upon the horse’s safe delivery.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:

The horse has been mistreated, injured, or altered after purchase.

Buyer changes their mind without completing a proper evaluation.

Buyer fails to provide appropriate care during the trial/ownership period.
