Thank you for your interest in the horses and ponies at Horse Branch Ranch. Our goal is to help every buyer find the right match while ensuring the safety and well-being of our animals. Because we receive a large number of inquiries, we have set clear guidelines to make the process smooth, fair, and professional for everyone.

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments to view horses are reserved for serious buyers only. Our horses often sell quickly, so we recommend securing the horse you are interested in with a 40% refundable deposit.

• Deposits guarantee that the horse will be held for you.

• Deposits are fully refundable if the horse is not suitable upon your visit.

• Deposits may also be transferred to another horse if you find a better fit once you arrive.

Please note: We cannot hold horses or turn down another buyer without both a deposit and a signed agreement.

Payment Options

We offer several secure and convenient payment methods:

• Preferred: Bank Wire Transfer or Cash

• Also Accepted: Zelle and CashApp

• Discounts: Receive 10% off your total price when paying with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and more).

Important Payment Terms

• A minimum of 50% of the purchase price must be paid prior to shipping.

• Payment must be received in full before delivery can begin.

• Personal checks are accepted, but horses cannot leave the ranch until checks have cleared (approximately two weeks).

• We do not accept cashier’s checks or money orders.

Once you’ve chosen your horse, we will provide a Sale Agreement to sign and return. Most buyers prefer bank wire transfers, as they are safe, quick, and allow us to arrange transportation without delays.

Insurance & Transport

For the safety of your horse, insurance coverage is required before any horse leaves Horse Branch Ranch.

• Insurance protects the horse’s life and health during transport.

• Fees are fully refundable upon successful delivery of the horse.

• Transport will not commence until insurance and payment terms are completed.

Our Guarantee

We do everything possible to ensure that each horse and rider is a great match. In the rare case a horse is not suitable, we stand behind our horses with a 30-day exchange or refund policy:

• If a horse proves unsuitable within 30 days, you may receive a full refund or choose a replacement horse, whichever works best for you.
